Adam Grant, the acclaimed organizational psychologist and best-selling author, recently captivated the audience at Main Line Reform Temple with his presentation on his new book, Hidden Potential: The Science of Achieving Greater Things. Grant’s presentation emphasized that potential is not a fixed trait but can be cultivated through character skills such as resilience and proactivity. His targeted topics inspired attendees to rethink their own paths to success and urging organizations to create more inclusive environments that unlock hidden potential in everyone.
